Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase. *RETURN WINDOW EXTENDED FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS. Items purchased from 11/25 - 12/17 are eligible for return & exchange until 1/8. All items must be unworn and unwashed. 

Exchange: Send back the item to the address below and email us the following form filled out: Please specify that it is an exchange. We will then issue a refund for the items + shipping. From here, you can place a new order for the correct item. Note: If you paid for shipping on the initial order, we refund the original orders shipping so that you are not paying for shipping twice. 
Refund: If you're wanting to return the item for a full refund, ship it back and email us the following form filled out: Once we receive tracking, we'll process the refund. Note: Returns for full refund do not qualify for free return shipping, therefore shipping will not be refunded on the initial order. 
* If we don't receive an email with your tracking number, the refund may take up to 3 weeks to be processed through the warehouse.
