J&W Art Camp

Hello Guardians and Future Campers-

We are just one day away from the start of our summer camp!

You signed up for J&W Art Camp this upcoming week 7/25 - 7/28 10am-12pm. We wanted to reach out with some last-minute reminders and information. 

1. Camp begins at 10am and ends at 12pm. Our doors open 5 minutes before start time so that campers can be signed in and out. On the final day (thurs) pick-up time will be moved up ten minutes - 11:50am - for a small art show. All projects from the week will be displayed and cookies will be served.
2. Parents or guardians must physically walk their camper in and out of our Studio to sign in and out. There is no exception to this rule. 
3. We will stay peanut free in our camps and are aware of all food allergies if mentioned on the sign-up form. If your child has an allergy not previously mentioned, please email us as we plan on providing a small snack each day.
4. Our camps will be active and fun, with each day focusing on a different theme - color, dinosaurs, space, emotions, etc. - with corresponding books, music, and an emphasis on art/craft projects. 
5. We'll explore the following mediums: paint, clay, collage, crayons, colored pencil, and paper mache. Because of this we expect all campers to be dressed in clothes they can make a mess in. Messes are FUN. :) We will be using washable paint but have found that the sooner we wash after painting, the better we're able to get it out of clothing.
6. Please bring your camper with a well-marked water bottle each day.
